Performance Improvement Specialist

NTT DATA is an innovative technology services company looking for a Performance Improvement Specialist to join our team in Bangor, Washington. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes to enhance our performance.
Job Summary:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop strategies to implement change.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and identify trends.
- Develop and maintain documentation to track progress and measure success.
Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate DFS requests and obtain clarification of technical specifications.
- Assist Ship's Force in preparing and processing DFSs as allowed by JFMM.
- Maintain files of outstanding DFSs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in submarine maintenance or repair.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or ship's 3M Coordinator.
- BA/BS Degree.
- Active Secret security clearance required.
Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year.
