NTT DATA is an innovative technology services company looking for a Performance Improvement Specialist to join our team in Bangor, Washington. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes to enhance our performance.

Job Summary:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop strategies to implement change.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to track progress and measure success.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate DFS requests and obtain clarification of technical specifications.
  • Assist Ship's Force in preparing and processing DFSs as allowed by JFMM.
  • Maintain files of outstanding DFSs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in submarine maintenance or repair.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or ship's 3M Coordinator.
  • BA/BS Degree.
  • Active Secret security clearance required.

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year.
