Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a homecare setting. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will work with pediatric or adult patients 1:1, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
  • Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses

Requirements:

  • Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice
  • Current TB or Chest X-Ray
  • Current BLS card
