About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Marine Industry Manager to oversee our staffing operations. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, analytical abilities, and problem-solving expertise.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop Onboarding Processes: Create and implement effective onboarding procedures for new hires, focusing on government-oriented roles.
  2. Manage Recruitment Process: Lead the recruitment team to ensure timely review of resumes, efficient processing of candidates, and direct recruitment as needed.
  3. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with clients, sales, and onboarding teams to deliver staffing orders and maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a major staffing company, with a focus on marine operations.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead meetings, prioritize tasks, assign responsibilities, and drive successful outcomes.
Compensation Package:

Salary range: $80,000 - $105,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for growth.
