Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement our research-backed curriculum in a way that caters to the unique needs of each child.
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment that fosters learning and growth.
  • Partner with parents to provide the best possible care and education for their children.
  • Support the success of our center by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve goals.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
