Job Title: Full-time Physiatrist

Inova Health System is seeking a skilled Physiatrist to join our team in Annandale, Virginia.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physiatrist to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our Rehabilitation Therapy department.

Responsibilities
  • Select and implement effective evaluation and treatment methods for patients based on their diagnosis, age, and physical/emotional status.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the needs of patients and their families.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in a clear and concise manner.
  • Participate in departmental processes and special projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Certification in Basic Life Support upon start.
  • Licensure as a Physical Therapist upon start.
  • Experience in rehabilitation therapy is not required, but a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is necessary.
