Job Summary:
The City of Concord is seeking a highly skilled Facility Operations Coordinator to join our Recreation Services team. As a key member of the Camp Concord team, you will be responsible for maintaining the facilities and grounds of our beautiful camp, ensuring that they are safe, clean, and well-maintained for our guests.
This is a seasonal position, typically running from April to October, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have experience in facility maintenance, groundskeeping, and customer service. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of facilities and grounds, including equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Groundskeeping, including lawn care, landscaping, and waste management.
- Custodial duties, including cleaning and sanitizing facilities and equipment.
- Assist with emergencies and maintain a safe and secure environment.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in facility maintenance and groundskeeping.
- Knowledge of basic electrical, carpentry, plumbing, custodial, and landscape maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
