Key Responsibilities- Order Preparation and Fulfillment: Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping.
- Inventory Management: Receive and process warehouse stock products, including picking, unloading, labeling, and storing.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Perform inventory controls and maintain high-quality standards for audits.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, optimize space utilization, and ensure the proper functioning of warehouse equipment.
- Communication and Teamwork: Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers to ensure seamless operations.
- Previous Warehouse Experience: Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is required.
- Inventory Management Skills: Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems is essential.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift between 20-75 lbs. depending on position.
- Screening Requirements: Must be willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.
