We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning Analyst to join our Finance team at PlayStation Global. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Global Tech, Creative and Services Group by driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

About the Role

As a Senior Financial Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining complex financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Analyzing historical data and trends to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
  • Collaborating with department heads to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and profitability
  • Providing financial guidance and support to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, sumifs, vlookups, etc.)
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other accounting packages
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings in a clear and concise manner
