Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Quality Assurance Leader to enhance our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in maintaining the quality of our products and ensuring that our production processes adhere to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Quality Assurance Leader, your duties will include:
- Developing and refining Quality Management Systems (QMS) in alignment with industry standards.
- Conducting regular compliance audits to meet regulatory and internal requirements.
- Overseeing the quality control process from raw material assessment to final product delivery.
- Collaborating with production teams to implement effective quality control measures.
- Leading initiatives for problem-solving and quality enhancement, including root cause analysis.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Management Systems.
- A proven track record of enhancing quality in a manufacturing setting.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership abilities to train and motivate a team.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications in Quality Management Systems are a plus.
