Compensation:
$28 - $29/hr.

Join a leading Fortune 500 Real Estate organization as an Engineering/Maintenance - Licensed Electrical Technician.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate, inspect, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine performance testing and scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to all relevant codes, regulations, and safety directives related to building operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic electrical wiring and circuitry issues, including installation and repair of electrical systems.
- Utilize electrical testing equipment and measuring devices for equipment evaluation.
- Install Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems following manufacturer specifications.
- Validate devices and commission systems as required.
- Execute emergency and preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, coordinating additional assistance as necessary.
- Analyze historical maintenance data to develop proactive inspection and maintenance schedules.
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to service various locations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED with a minimum of seven years of experience as a licensed electrician.
- Master Electrician license as per local electrical regulations.
- Valid driver's license is mandatory.
