Mill Manager

As a Milling Supervisor, 2nd Shift at Behr Process Corporation, you will be responsible for overseeing milling operations and personnel at a production facility. You will also be responsible for planning milling operations, establishing priorities, and preparing schedules for milling work. Additionally, you will need to resolve routine operational, maintenance, and staffing problems, and perform daily crew assignments and supervise job performance. You will also be responsible for visually inspecting raw materials, performing quality control testing, and informing maintenance of necessary repairs and equipment malfunctions. Furthermore, you will need to monitor raw material supplies, utilize data-based computer programs, and train operators on computer control systems. Your ability to use computers in manufacturing and your supervisory experience are essential for this role. We offer competitive compensation, with filling operators starting at $18.50 per hour and receiving increases at six and twelve months. Based on this information, we estimate the salary for this role to be between $26.70 and $41.91 per hour.
