Key Responsibilities
  • Manage jobsite crew members and activities, including equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
  • Champion safety as a value with your team members and in all aspects of your jobsite.
  • Invest in your team by supervising, training, coaching, mentoring, and managing.
  • Attend meetings, maintain documentation, and prepare required reports in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and coach team members.
  • Experience working with construction plans, equipment, soils, work force, and materials.
  • Ability to manage schedules, plan, and interpret blueprints and contracts.
  • Construction experience with understanding of responsibilities on a variety of jobsites.
