The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a member of our team, you will utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized care plans for patients. Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and develop care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring that all relevant information is documented.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the development of solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices, technologies, and research, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program, with a Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing, or possesses multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
