- Answer telephone calls in an approved manner.
- Maintain a team effort of quality customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized customer service area.
- Ensure customer restrooms are spotless.
- Write up work orders for customers when necessary.
- Adhere to SpeeDee's Daily Operations Manual and store policies.
- Maintain the appointment scheduler.
- Operate the office computer system and manage daily cash receipts.
