Job Title: Stagehand/Rigger

This position is responsible for assisting with the assembly, disassembly, and operation of stage equipment during productions at INTRUST Bank Arena.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload props and materials from truck dock
  • Set up lighting, props, and microphones
  • Move and rearrange furniture
  • Set up risers and musical equipment
  • Clean up stage and backstage area before and after performances
  • Report to the Union Steward upon arrival to work for an event
Requirements:
  • General knowledge and experience in proper handling of theatrical and entertainment tools, equipment, and systems
  • Physical ability to lift and carry heavy loads, walk, stand, sit, crouch, bend, stretch, and reach
Additional Requirements:
  • Work extended and/or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
  • Position is a referral of Local 190 union and is subject to pay referral fee and dues directed by the Local 190 and the work referral system in effect
  • This is an hourly position that will be subject to collectively bargained union rules
