About the Role
We are seeking an Insurance Pricing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for advancing the pricing strategy across 40+ vendors and 150+ products in the ReferenceConnect product.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitive analysis to understand pricing opportunities.
- Analyze Business Metrics: Understand the impact of different pricing strategies on key business metrics such as retention, adoption, new feature adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop Pricing Strategies: Recommend pricing structure and level changes to optimize pricing across all vendors while minimizing customer churn.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product management, sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment between pricing strategy and overall business goals.
- Manage Pricing Infrastructure: Own and manage the pricing infrastructure, ensuring accurate and efficient pricing implementation.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Pricing Experience: Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies that drive growth.
- Business Acumen: Ability to translate pricing concepts into action plans and results.
- Product Management Experience: 3+ years of experience as a product manager for a B2B SaaS product.
- Agile Software Practices: Experience working within a cross-functional organization and navigating complex concepts to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
Location: Denver, Colorado, with occasional travel required up to 10% of the time.
Bonus Structure: Eligible for VIP bonus based on individual performance and company goals.
