### Job Summary

### Key Responsibilities

#### Painting

* Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing cracks.
* Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
* Ensure a smooth and even application of paint, free from drips, streaks, and imperfections.

#### Drywall Installation and Repair

* Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets to walls and ceilings.
* Tape, mud, and sand drywall seams and joints to create a smooth, seamless finish.
* Repair and patch damaged drywall, ensuring repairs blend seamlessly with the surrounding area.

#### Surface Preparation

* Clean and prime surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of paint and finishes.
* Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths and masking tape to prevent damage or paint splatter.

#### Customer Service

* Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
* Provide professional recommendations on paint colors, finishes, and techniques.

#### Safety and Maintenance

### Qualifications
