About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead our data center projects and drive business growth. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for managing complex data center initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align projects and drive results
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and remove obstacles to ensure project success
  • Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress
  • Implement and improve processes for project management and operational efficiency
  • Stay current with emerging data center technologies and industry best practices to continuously enhance project outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in data center or IT infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of data center technologies, including power, cooling, networking, and server systems
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies; PMP certification is a plus
