Key Responsibilities- Assist physicians and nurses with patient care, including taking medical histories, preparing exam rooms, and coordinating daily back office operations.
- Retrieve, route, and respond to provider/nurse messages regarding patient telephone calls, messages, and call backs.
- Maintain patient flow, exam room preparation, and turnover, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.
- Comply with regulatory standards and maintain legal, ethical practice in accordance with Gordon Hospital and AdventHealth policies.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and patients.
