We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at IMKO Workforce Solutions. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in our fabrication shop, working with metals and blueprints to produce high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Planning: Review production needs and ensure parts are created to meet those requirements.
  • Machining Operations: Set up and operate machines, performing frequent set-ups as necessary for production needs.
  • Quality Control: Meet safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with a 2-year degree in a related field strongly preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of CNC machining experience, with deburring experience required.
  • Skills: Programming ability, mathematical reasoning, and ability to read blueprints.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform the physical needs of the job.
Benefits:
  • Competitive Pay: $23-27/hour depending on experience.
  • Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision, 401k, and tuition reimbursement.
  • Shift Options: 2nd shift (3:30 PM – 2 AM Mon-Thurs) and 3rd shift (6 AM – 6:30 PM Friday-Sunday), with a $1 shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift.
  • Overtime Opportunities: Available.
