We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team in West Virginia, USA.
As a Lead Mixologist, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service by mixing and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring you to be able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Your main goal will be to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests, while also ensuring that all drinks are prepared to our high standards. This role requires strong communication skills to interact with guests and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
You will need to maintain a clean and organized bar area, stock supplies, and follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods of time.
The estimated salary for this position is between $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
