Employer Relations Director Assistant

About the Position
The Assistant Director supports on-campus and off-campus recruiting activities for over 3,500 Cox undergraduate and graduate students. This position works closely with employer representatives, alumni, students, as well as staff members within the Cox Career Management Center (CMC).

Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies and tools to build employer brands and identify students for intern/full-time roles.
- Identify and rapidly address any recruiting-related issues, partnering with CMC coaches and leadership to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Support key information systems pertinent to career management centers, coordinating technology implementations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree is required; a degree in Higher Education, Human Resources, Business, Communication, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a college career center, university advancement/development, or business/corporate relations or employer relations is required.
