Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and Establish Patient Care Plans: Conduct thorough evaluations to establish goal-based plans of care for patients, ensuring that their needs are met and their outcomes are optimized.
  • Implement and Adjust Care Plans: Regularly reassess patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure that patients are achieving their goals and making progress towards optimal outcomes.
  • Manage Caseload and Delegate Treatment: Effectively manage a caseload of patients, delegating treatment among the clinical care team as needed to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate regularly and effectively with referral sources, patients, and other stakeholders to ensure that patient needs are met and that care plans are aligned with patient goals.
  • Contribute to Daily Clinic Operations: Assist with daily clinic operational needs and tasks as needed to ensure that the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Licensed Physical Therapist in-state or candidate for licensure in-state.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
