Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash, sanitize, and store dishware, silverware, and cooking utensils in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operated in accordance with company standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to prioritize tasks and meet guest needs
  • Practice safe food handling and storage procedures, as well as waste control and recycling practices
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and leaders to ensure seamless operations

What We're Looking For:

  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Demands:

This role requires regular standing, walking, and talking. You'll also need to lift up to 50 pounds and move heavy objects occasionally. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

As a Dishwasher, you'll work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with occasional exposure to outdoor elements, fumes, and particles. The noise level can be loud at times, and you'll need to be comfortable working in a dirty environment.
