Job Description

As a Network Systems Engineer II/III with the NYS Unified Court System - Division of Court Modernization, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the state-of-the-art audio-visual systems in courtrooms, jury rooms, and training facilities across New York State.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing complex audio-visual systems, including video conferencing, digital signage, and live streaming production
  • Collaborating with court managers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of technical solutions
  • Providing technical support and training to users and staff
  • Monitoring and maintaining system performance, identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Developing and implementing technical project plans and status reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in audio-visual systems, IT infrastructure, or related field
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of audio-visual systems, networking, and software development
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
