Scope of Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic team member to join our Willys Mexicana Group team. As a cashier/cook, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and cook food to order, following recipes and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide a positive dining experience for customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
