Responsibilities
  • Complete accurate and timely record keeping for resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Coordinate with nursing staff and support personnel to plan daily services, programs, and activities.
  • Administer medications and review medication cards for completeness and accuracy.
  • Review resident care plans and make revisions as needed.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing personnel.
Qualifications
  • Current, unencumbered LPN license in Oregon.
  • Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, laws, and regulations.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems.
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
