Building Custodian

Motoring Technical Services Inc dba MTTI is a post-secondary career training institute located in Seekonk, Massachusetts. We are seeking a Building Custodian to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our buildings.

As a Building Custodian, your primary responsibilities will include daily cleaning duties such as vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms, dusting furniture, and emptying trash cans. You will also be responsible for cleaning windows, shampooing carpets, replacing light bulbs, supplying restrooms, and performing minor repairs on a regular basis. Additionally, you will assist with landscaping duties and seasonal activities such as snow removal, cutting grass, and raking leaves.

We require at least one year of experience in janitorial services, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation to and from our two locations in Seekonk and East Providence. We offer an estimated salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
