Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that all stock is properly stored and rotated.
  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods, and manage the transportation of orders and returns between the warehouse and stores.
  • Quality Control: Identify and address any quality control issues, ensuring that all products meet the required standards.
  • Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, with a proven track record of success in a supervisory or management role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of staff. Proficient in SAP and other relevant software systems.
