Job Overview

Are you a dedicated and dependable maintenance professional? We are seeking an individual who possesses the skills to maintain our facilities and equipment or is eager to learn. In this role, you will perform regular inspections and routine upkeep while proposing preventative strategies to enhance the longevity of our equipment and reduce safety hazards.

Compensation:

$17 - $19 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage preventative maintenance strategies to ensure efficient operation of equipment and mitigate safety risks.
  • Address additional maintenance tasks as required.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Inspect building elements such as windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform necessary repairs.
  • Document maintenance activities and repairs performed on equipment.
  • Arrive punctually and prepared for scheduled shifts; demonstrate enthusiasm for work and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests and promptly address any concerns.
  • Assist the Maintenance Engineer and fulfill additional requests as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Strong work ethic, effective communication abilities, time management skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand maintenance equipment, techniques, and procedures, or a willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems is preferred, or a readiness to acquire this knowledge.
