Responsibilities:
As a Commercial Cleaning Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Arriving punctually and prepared to fulfill your shift duties.
- Cleaning office spaces and work areas, including emptying trash and replacing liners, as well as cleaning windows and windowsills.
- Vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, and mopping floors and staircases.
- Maintaining cleanliness and supply levels in restrooms to ensure sanitary conditions for clients.
- Keeping janitorial closets organized and tidy.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old and pass a background check.
- Demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Have prior experience in commercial cleaning (preferred but not mandatory).
- Be able to follow instructions from supervisors and respond to customer requests.
- Adhere to specific COVID protocols as required by the building or client.
- Possess a high school diploma or GED.
Physical Requirements:
This position involves:
- Walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting.
- Utilizing various cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Lifting items up to 35 lbs.
Schedule:
Monday to Saturday
Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
