The compensation for this role is competitive, starting at $18.00 per hour, with variations based on experience, skills, and market factors. As an Experienced Automotive Service Technician, you will gain practical experience in our service centers, utilizing your mechanical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues while providing exceptional customer service.

Shift Details: Our service centers may operate seven days a week, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications We Value:
  • A minimum of one year of automotive experience, including brake repairs, fluid services, and preventive maintenance.
  • A valid driver's license and a minimum age of 18.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • ASE Certification.
  • Experience in diagnosing vehicles and conducting road tests.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, air conditioning, and fuel ignition systems.
Role Overview: Skills You Will Develop:
  • Performing technician services, routine inspections, diagnostics, and problem-solving tasks, including brake repairs and fluid exchanges.
  • Delivering excellent customer service through clear communication about vehicle conditions.
  • Documenting all services performed accurately.
  • Reporting safety concerns promptly to management.
  • Fostering teamwork to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Maintaining strict adherence to company policies regarding vehicle care and operations.
  • Engaging in various physical tasks, including lifting and maneuvering tires and equipment.
