As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch respiratory care to patients in various healthcare settings while traveling to different locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy treatments and assessments to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive patient care plans that address complex respiratory needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure positive patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and training to patients and families on effective respiratory care techniques to promote self-management and independence.
  • Ensure compliance with strict safety and regulatory standards to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Hold current RRT certification and state licensure in good standing.
  • Prior experience in respiratory care, preferably in a travel or per diem setting, is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when working in diverse healthcare environments.
  • Show willingness to travel frequently to meet the demands of this role.

Compensation and Benefits:
