Qualifications:

  • Preferred Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) credential is a plus
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience is desirable
  • Ability to manage stressful situations with professionalism while multitasking to ensure efficient school operations
  • Empathy and compassion for young children are essential
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. for the safety and care of children, including lifting infants in and out of cribs
  • Must pass a background check

As a lead educator, you will oversee the daily activities of assigned classes. You will design, implement, and assess educational and recreational programs in a secure environment. Engaging directly with children and their families, you will provide exceptional customer service.
