We are seeking a highly skilled MDS Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator to join our team at Rochester Manor in Rochester, NH. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement for our services.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the overall process and tracking of all Medicare/Medicaid case-mix documents to ensure accurate reimbursement.
- Perform concurrent MDS review to identify opportunities to enhance reimbursement and ensure proper RUGs category is achieved.
- Communicate case-mix data required for billing to the Business Office.
- Provide education and instruction on MDS terminology and format to nursing staff.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure in the state of NH.
- One year of long term care clinical nursing experience.
- Experience with Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, MDS completion, and clinical resource utilization.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Competitive hourly rate of $45-$51.
- Part-time position with 20 hours per week.
