We are seeking a highly skilled MDS Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator to join our team at Rochester Manor in Rochester, NH. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement for our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall process and tracking of all Medicare/Medicaid case-mix documents to ensure accurate reimbursement.
  • Perform concurrent MDS review to identify opportunities to enhance reimbursement and ensure proper RUGs category is achieved.
  • Communicate case-mix data required for billing to the Business Office.
  • Provide education and instruction on MDS terminology and format to nursing staff.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure in the state of NH.
  • One year of long term care clinical nursing experience.
  • Experience with Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, MDS completion, and clinical resource utilization.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
