Lake Granbury Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our Med/Surg Department. As a Cardiac, Renal, and Neuro Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to complex patients with chronic and acute conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver care to patients utilizing the nursing process, assessing and planning care, intervening as appropriate, and evaluating interventions.
- Implement safety and infection control measures, continuously educate patients and families, and maintain continuity of care with all departments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients with cardiac, renal, and neuro conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient needs and ensuring timely interventions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of policies and procedures that enhance patient care and safety.
- Associate's degree in Nursing or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current certification as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
- One year of experience as a clinical nurse or completion of an RN residency program.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI training or within 6 months of hire.
