As a nursing professional at Sturdy Memorial Hospital, you will play a vital role in delivering expert patient care to individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups. Our team is committed to promoting excellence in nursing practice, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.">Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect outcome nursing care through the application of the nursing process.
- Function within policies, practice guidelines, and nursing standards of SMH in accordance with the Massachusetts Nurse Practice Act, CDC, and OSHA standards.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships across all areas of responsibility.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience.
- New Graduate Nurses accepted for some positions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
- Successful completion of orientation and annual competencies.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.
