Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure informed decision-making and positive patient experiences.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and safety.
- Possess basic computer knowledge and proficiency in electronic health records (EHRs).
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid and active RN licensure from the state of employment.
- A minimum of an Associate's degree or diploma from an accredited Nursing program.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- A strong foundation in nursing principles, including pharmacology, anatomy, physiology, and medical-surgical nursing.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and move quickly in response to emergency situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
One to two years of ICU experience and cardiac stress testing experience are preferred. ACLS and PALS certifications are also highly desirable.
Work Requirements:
This position is subject to:
- Rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- On-call duties, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
- Local travel within the hospital campus.
Salary Range:
The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
