  • Process Management: Ensure proper execution and documentation of processes, including performance evaluations, accident reports, scrap, and others.
  • Open Communication: Drive open and transparent communication with employee owners on company KPIs, individual performance, continuous improvement initiatives, and others.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma: Associate or bachelor's degree desired.
  • 3-5 Years' Warehousing Leadership Experience: Prior supervisory experience and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable Working in a Fast-Paced Environment: Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
