As a member of our Care Team, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients, ranging from 8 to 16-hour shifts. We match our nurses to their patients based on skill, age, health condition, and acuity level. Our nurses are responsible for implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care, administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, and documenting care provided in our system of record. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
