The Shift Process Manager will provide Operations with technical support, guidance, and training towards implementing and measuring benchmarks to achieve optimum plant performance. Furthermore, the Shift Process Manager shall embody the PURIS core values: Integrity, Leadership, Openness, Global Vision, Adaptability, and Partnership.
Responsibilities:- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by seeking feedback and implementing best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support team and organizational goals.
- Efficiently allocate resources and manage budgets to support team initiatives and projects.
- Collaborate with the EHS, Quality and Engineering Teams to develop and implement Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Implement performance improvement plans when necessary and handle disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
- Organize team-building activities and events to strengthen team cohesion and collaboration.
- Set clear performance expectations and goals for team members.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning within the team.

- Experience in developing various process documentation (SOP's, work directions, etc.).
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with others and leading process change.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a continuous production facility, preferred.
- Experience in food production and sanitary equipment design, preferred.
- Understanding of Lean principles, preferred.
