Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Merchandiser - Sales and Inventory Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring our travel centers and plazas are well-stocked and organized. You will deliver fast service, friendly smiles, and clean facilities to all guests, while also assisting with their needs in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Travel Centers and Plazas are kept well-stocked and organized
  • Deliver fast service, friendly smiles, and clean facilities to all guests
  • Assist guests with their needs in a timely manner
  • Manage vendor and inventory flow
  • Merchandise promotions and value items to increase sales
  • Analyze and understand information from key reports to increase sales

Requirements

  • Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest-focused culture
