Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team at Eversource Energy. As a key member of our Field Engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and productive performance of our electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute electrical construction, operation, and maintenance projects.
  • Develop and implement solutions to complex electrical engineering problems, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including consulting engineering firms, municipalities, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure all necessary tools, equipment, and materials are available for job assignments and are utilized properly.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Electrical and Computer Science (BSECE), or Electrical Technology (BSET).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong background in power systems and distribution.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate motor vehicles of any class and type required by the company.
