- Fully utilize technology to enhance performance.
- Work with other Technicians by sharing knowledge and experience.
- Two-Year Technical Degree or 1-2 years of experience in HVAC, or equivalent work experience.

- Extensive knowledge of safe work habits.
- Experience with managing agreements and quoted jobs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to pass fit-for-duty evaluations as required.
- Knowledge/experience using a vacuum pump and micron gauge.
- Knowledge/experience properly using a recovery machine.
- Knowledge/experience using an electronic leak detector.
- Knowledge/experience using a voltmeter, ohmmeter, and ammeter.
- Use proper refrigerant charging techniques.
- Knowledge/experience of measuring and setting gas pressures on various types of natural gas systems.
- Experience understanding airflow standards, measurements, and instruments.
