About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Dietary Cook to join our team at Lorien Bel Air. As a Dietary Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals for residents, adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation and food safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to plan and prepare meals
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of food and supplies
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Serve Safe Certification a plus
  • Knowledge of dietary procedures and batch cooking techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
