Clinical Role OverviewWe are seeking a board-certified or truly board-eligible nurse practitioner/physician assistant to join our team of 6 neurosurgeons and multiple APPs.
- Must be acute care nurse practitioner trained and certified.
This is a permanent job opening in a neurosurgery setting. New grads are welcome, and we offer an inpatient work environment only. The ideal candidate would work three shifts a week, rotating between days, nights, and weekends.
Specific responsibilities include handling all floor work, including consults, pre/post op, admits/discharges. Additionally, the role involves approximately 10% OR time, with no dedicated OR time. You will work on a team with multiple APPs and 6 neurosurgeons, utilizing Cerner EMR system.
Compensation and BenefitsThis hospital-employed position offers a competitive base salary and full benefits package.
