Job Description

As a Tech Solutions Expert, you'll be responsible for:

  • Welcome and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by showcasing your knowledge and expertise in technology
  • Recommend products and solutions that meet customers' needs and exceed their expectations
  • Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges
  • Apply the appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
  • Ensure your department is clean and well-stocked
