We are seeking a skilled Surgical ICU Nurse to join our team at Jewish Hospital. As a critical care travel nurse, you will work in a fast-paced environment providing high-quality patient care to patients with complex medical conditions.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Surgical ICU
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, lab results, and medication administration
- Participate in code blue and rapid response team activations
- Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team
- 2+ years of experience in a Surgical ICU or Critical Care setting
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
