Job Summary
The Expansion Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building mutually beneficial partnerships.
What We Offer
- A salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Location
