Department Summary:
The role involves conducting inventory evaluations to ensure optimal supply levels and supporting Material Management in fostering strong interdepartmental relationships. Adherence to professional standards and effective communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the critical role of the department in patient care support.
- Engage with various departments regarding supply issues and assist with inquiries.
- Maintain a safe and organized supply area.
- Verify the accuracy of received and dispatched supplies.
- Manage inventory, including stocking and dispensing supplies as per requests.
- Implement FIFO techniques for stock rotation.
- Label and organize supplies in designated inventory locations.
- Initiate follow-up procedures to address stock shortages.
- Participate in regular physical inventory checks.
- Assist with special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Skills: Familiarity with computer systems and related equipment is advantageous.
Experience: Previous experience in materials management processes is preferred.
